Bagaimana Cara Berjalan dengan Postur Tubuh yang Sempurna? Apa Saja Manfaatnya?

How to Heal a Broken Heart with Chakras?

Healing from a broken heart involves not only seeking relief for emotional and physical pain, but also requires getting into balance with the mind, body and spirit.
One method for healing that is very effective is Chakra healing.
Chakra healing is the process of restoring inner peace. Chakra healing facilitates the unobstructed flow of life force energy through the chakras in our body, to promote a sense of well-being. In order to understand chakra healing, we need to first know about the chakras.

WHAT ARE CHAKRAS?

Our physical body is surrounded by a subtle body, called an ethereal body. The life force, or the divine energy, flows in this body through numerous channels called nadis. The main energy channel runs corresponding to the spinal cord in our physical body, and consists of three important nadis (Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna). These nadis start from the base of the spinal column in the perineum and go all the way to the top of the skull, and cross one another many times as they run along upwards along the spinal column. The points of intersection of these energy channels, which correspond to points of major branching of the physical nervous system, become strong energy centers that regulate the life force energy. These vital energy centers are called Chakras, which is a Sanskrit word and literally means “disc” or “wheel.” Chakras are not physical entities and they are not visible to the naked human eye, rather they are part of our consciousness.

THE SEVEN CHAKRAS

Our body has thousands of chakras, but the important ones lie along the spinal column. While various religious and philosophical schools diverge on the number of these major chakras, it is now commonly accepted that there are seven major chakras: Root; Sacral; Solar plexus; Heart; Throat; Third eye, and the Crown Chakra. Located at specific places, these energy centers also correspond to specific body organs and their functions, nerve centers or plexuses, colors, and vibrations.

THE HEART CHAKRA

The Heart Chakra is a very important energy center—it is the symbol of life and the seat of love within us. The Heart Chakra is connected to the sense of touch and is associated with the thymus gland. Within the Heart Center (Heart Chakra) the masculine and feminine archetypes / prime energy aspects reside and engage in a procreative synergistic dance together.
The Heart Center is also known for its quality of unconquerable-love, a powerful force for good in this world. Whenever heartbreak has happened, there is a corresponding wounding of the energy body and especially the Heart Chakra energy center. With the Heart Center impaired, vital life force energy is affected and limited, causing ripple effects in other places which impair health and well-being.

WHAT IS CHAKRA HEALING?

The major chakras are always spinning and vibrating, drawing in the spiritual energy from the cosmos. They also act as valves that control the flow of this vital energy through them, which by default is balanced and harmonious. The chakras are directly responsible to the physical, mental, and spiritual functioning of a person, and thus influence our body shape, body parts, thoughts, and behavior.
However, if any chakra is blocked, the flow of life force through it is not harmonious, and the resulting imbalance manifests in the life of the person, either physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually. Such energy blockages are treated through the process of chakra healing, or also known as chakra balancing.
The essential steps to chakra healing start with developing an understanding or becoming aware of the cause, releasing the blocks or freeing the congestion by using the healing techniques, and finally increasing the flow of the life force passing through the chakras.

REASONS FOR CHAKRA BLOCKAGE

Before we proceed towards the chakras healing, we must understand what factors are responsible for the blocking of chakras. It is our faulty or negative thoughts, feelings, and emotions that lead to a chakra blockage and requires chakra balancing. Emotional and physical injuries along with childhood traumas, incorrect belief systems, and bad habits also contribute to chakra blockage.
The seeds of all kinds of problems that we face arise from the imbalance or tension in the consciousness. This is the root cause of chakra blockage. The chakra associated with the part of the consciousness under stress transfers the feeling to the corresponding nerve plexuses of that chakra, which is then transmitted to the connected glands, body organs, and parts of the body controlled with the nerve plexus. After a sustained tension of certain intensity in the consciousness, the e ect manifests on the physical level. The symptoms experienced by a person are the direct messages or alert warnings to cure the tension in the consciousness, and once this tension is released, the symptoms vanish.

HEART CHAKRA HEALING EXERCISE

In order to heal your broken heart, it is important to focus your energy on your heart chakra. This can be done in meditation or breathing exercises.
Take a few minutes to sit with your hands on your heart, and be still with whatever it is that you are feeling. There is no right or wrong, so try not to judge. Just let yourself feel exactly what is or is not there! If you feel like you want to cry, let the tears flow. Let the tears be an expression of that which wants to come forward in your life. And while doing so, remain connected with your heart.
Once you have been sitting with your hands on your heart, feeling your heart, and being with what is, ask your heart to speak for you.
If your heart could talk, what would it say? If your heart had a voice, what would this voice express? Take your time before you answer.
This exercise is not only very nurturing, but empowering and allows for release from all blockages in your chakras.
Honor your pain, honor your body which is an instrument for greater spiritual awakening as well as emotional healing.
Good luck with this and let me know how it goes!

How to Use Meditation to Improve Your Life and Weight Loss?

meditation is the key to change the life

Your efforts around being more active and healthy food choices will see you lose weight and improve your health. Something we can do to further assist your results are to introduce mindfulness. Mindfulness, sometimes referred to as meditation is the practice of focusing your attention to find calm and clarity. The benefits of meditation are now being backed by science and research. One of the best things about meditation is that it can help you manage stress, which drives most people’s poor behaviour and habits.
There are several approaches to using meditation for weight loss, but Let’s start by clearing up some of the common misconceptions about meditation and mindfulness. A lot of people may think that mediation is a bit airy fairy or a waste of time, this however couldn’t be further from the truth. Another common misunderstanding is that the purpose of meditation is to turn the mind off, or be totally free of thoughts, again, this is misguided and neglects one of the most valuable aspects of meditation. Meditation allows you to be more conscious of your thoughts and emotions, that often lead to stress, that then lead to overeating and poor life choices.
The most powerful and proven form of meditation for attaining and sustaining long-term healthy weight management is awareness or “mindfulness” meditation. Mindfulness meditation also has the most scientific research backing its claims. It works in several ways. Mindfulness meditation reduces stress, heals the mind/body split that is at the root of most disordered eating, and puts you in touch with your natural hunger and satiety cues.

How to Meditate

As stated, there are many ways to meditate, but a good way to start is to find a quiet location. A good place is your favourite chair, a couch, or even sitting up on your bed.
A specific comfortable posture, such as sitting, lying down, standing, or walking. A focus of attention. You can focus on a word or phrase, your breath, or something else. Something simple like counting backwards from 10 is an easy way to start. An open attitude. It’s normal to have other thoughts while you meditate. Try not to get too interested in those thoughts. Keep bringing your attention back to your breath, phrase, or whatever else it is you’re focusing on. The objective when first starting is to complete a 10-day meditation practice. Headspace is an app that you can use on your phone and computer and is an awesome way to begin meditating.
As we discussed, there is an extraordinary amount of research pointing to meditation as one of the greatest practices to physically alter your brain chemistry and thought pattern. These studies suggest people who meditate have stronger immune systems, deal with stress better, and are happier. It’s also been shown to help you lose weight without radically changing your lifestyle. In fact, just by becoming more aware of what you are putting in your mouth, you will naturally begin to lose weight. Your stomach is connected to your brain, and when you are mindfully eating, your stomach naturally tells your brain to stop eating when it’s full.
Developing this type of mindful awareness is the first step to changing any type of behaviour. For the 10 days, all we require is for you to follow the guided meditations in Headspace. It only takes 10 minutes of your time. We suggest you set aside a time that you can stick to every day. For some this may be in the morning, for others this will be in the evening. When you begin your practice don’t get disheartened if you don’t feel that you are very good at it, or if your brain is full of lots of thoughts. This is perfectly naturally. Like any skill, you’re not going to be great the first time you try something. Meditation requires consistency and patience but the effort is well worth it.

How Negative Energy Affects Your Life and How to Clear It?

We tend to perceive negative energy as something other people have. But did you know that negativity can be so ingrained in you that it goes unnoticed?
You know that like attracts like, right?
Positive people are drawn to positive energy; negative people are drawn to negative energy.
So what to do when you are unwillingly attracting negativity into your life? Could it be that you’re unaware of your own negativity? And if so, how can you change your vibration?
Move away from negativity

“Be realistic” – unsolicited advice?

Sure, sometimes we all feel negative – as in, “go away and leave me alone, world!” for a while. But negativity can also wear a disguise called “reality.”
It’s easy to rationalize that you’re “just being realistic” when you’re not daring to act on a dream – and refrain from truly believing it is possible to achieve!
You may assume that positive people are being naive, that they are in denial with their heads stuck in the sand, that they put on fake smiles in the face of difficulty, and so forth.
But are they really happy idiots, or is there something to their positivity?

Does “being realistic” necessarily mean that things will go wrong and that you have to accept this as the truth?
Being realistic isn’t automatically negative. But if your version of “reality” is negative and you view the world from a “realistic” standpoint, you can’t help but radiate negative energy.
In that case you might be conditioned to believe that whatever can go wrong, will go wrong and whatever can go right, will probably go wrong too. And this sounds like the complete opposite of what you’d want from the Law of Attraction, right?
Your unconsciously held beliefs turn you into a negative person – without your being aware of it!
If the negativity is so ingrained in you that you don’t notice it, how do you stop attracting the wrong people, the wrong situations, and the wrong feelings?
How can you be sure you’re not unconsciously perpetuating that negativity?

Quiz to gauge the level of negative energy within you

  • Do you complain? All the time or just sometimes?
  • Do you often discuss what’s wrong in the world more than what’s right? This includes the ‘terrible’ weather, ‘horrible’ traffic, ‘idiotic’ government, ‘lousy’ economy, ‘stupid’ in-laws, etc.
  • Do you criticize? All the time or just certain people?
  • Are you attracted to drama and disaster (can you unglue yourself from the TV when there’s a news story of a disaster and can you avoid getting involved in the lives of dysfunctional celebrities?)
  • Do you blame? All the time or just certain situations?
  • Do you believe that you have no control over most of your results?
  • Do you feel like a victim? Do you talk about people doing things to you?
  • Are you grateful for what is or will you be grateful when things finally start going right for you?
  • Do you feel like things are happening to you? Or do you feel that they are happening through you?
The last two points are important:
If you’re not grateful except when things go right, you are negative.

Gratitude is positive

If you are grateful for what is (including the unpleasant school of life lessons), then you can invite more and more positive energy into your life.
Believing that things happen to you puts you in the role of victim. It’s easy to be negative in that role, because it’s convenient to give up that power.

You are responsible

So consider this alternative: Who or what is to blame when GOOD things happen to you?
Do you acknowledge that you are responsible for the good things – as in, you worked hard, you earned it, etc… but blame external events or other people for your failures?
So how come, when good things happen, they are a result of what you do, but when bad things happen, they are not your fault?
Nobody likes to hear that.
It takes courage to accept that you create your life experience!
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, you are holding on to negative energy to some degree! To clear your negative energy and raise your vibration, you will need to retrain yourself to choose a positive attitude.
Here’s another interesting idea to consider:
Have you noticed that positive people seem to get what they want out of life, and even if things don’t go their way, they still enjoy their lives… while negative people whine and moan about their misfortunes and even the good things in their lives?
Let go of negativity

How to Clear Negative Energy

To clear negative energy, try this 3 -step process:

1. Take ownership

“When you think everything is someone else’s fault, you will suffer a lot. When you realize that everything springs only from yourself, you will learn both peace and joy.”
– the Dalai Lama

2. Cancel negative thoughts and replace them with positive thoughts

This takes practice, dedication and making a decision to see the world through the eyes of “what can go right” instead of “what can go wrong.” You’ll have to catch yourself anytime you are acting out or speaking out your negativity, and immediately change your tune.
Nobody wants negative energy to permeate their lives, yet many of us allow it.
But we allow it unconsciously, based on past conditioning that suggests an inevitable outcome to certain situations.

3. Realize you have control over your situation

When you overcome that conditioning and realize that the future is NOT cast in stone but that you have more control over your circumstances than you believe – then you can begin to consciously design your life.
Why not choose positive energy?
Make some changes within, and you’ll quickly see positive changes in your life.
Enjoy the good feelings and abundance!

The Ways of Running Can Improve Your Mental Health

“When you look well, feel well and think well, you will be well!”
The ‘exercise effect’ and physical benefits of running are well documented, but the mental health benefits can be completely transformative and lead to a whole new outlook and change in lifestyle.
Here are five ways that running can improve your mental health:
1. A natural Boost!
There are many physical and mental benefits that come with increased moderate exercise, including running, and these include stress reduction. “The boost in serotonin levels in your brain that running brings results in considerable stress reduction”, points out Dr. May.
Encouraging women to think about joining this year’s Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon, Dr. May points out: “The Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon is one of the world’s biggest all-female events and is a really exciting, unique event to take part in. Each year, thousands of women decide to participate and set themselves the goal of either walking, jogging or running the 10k route.”
2. Extra Energy and Creativity
“The increased energy levels that come from the increased blood flow prevent lethargy” says Dr. May. Research has shown that people who take time for exercise regularly have more energy and are more productive than those who are sedentary. Exercising can also boost your creativity for up to two hours afterwards. Partnering up with a running buddy can help to inspire others and add to the positive effects. Running together is truly better!
3. The ‘feel-good’ Factor
TV presenter, model and health advocate, Amanda Byram is now part of Vhi’s support team as an event ambassador for the 2017 event. “The feel-good factor after a run is incredible. I used to run a lot on the beaches in Los Angeles but had to stop because of injury. I am now back again and working towards my first 10k in this year’s event and the training has given me a huge boost.”
“It’s well known that there can be a ‘runners high’ which is the rush of endorphins that you will get from exercising. Running also boosts sleep quality, concentration and your general mood during the day. It is true what they say that running is definitely medicine. All the scientific evidence is there”, says Amanda.
4. Alleviating Anxiety
From stress relief, to a boost in self-esteem and positive self-image to alleviating anxiety and increasing relaxation.
In addition to the obvious physical benefits, regular exercise and staying active can help to reduce stress. Put simply, when your body feels better so can your mind. Participation in aerobic exercise has been shown to lower overall levels of tension, improve mood and sleep and even improve self-esteem. Even just five minutes of aerobic exercise can start to show anti-anxiety effects.
5. Better Brain Power!
We can all benefit from better brain power and it has been proven that cardiovascular exercise can improve overall brain performance by creating new brain cells. Running can also help with memory and the ability to learn new things as it increases the production of cells in the hippocampus, which is the area of the brain responsible for learning and memory.
Another hugely important advantage of running is that combined with a healthy diet, it can help to protect the brain against cognitive decline that can come with age. Running is, quite simply, a no-brainer!
